I'll be brief today. Just wanted to share this:
I know there's a lot to do. I know you owe people phone calls, you have to go to the gym, you have work to do, a sink full of dishes to wash, kids to bathe and dinner to cook. But try to find 5 minutes for you. Go look at yourself in the mirror and say these words until you believe them: "you are good enough."
I realized that I, like most people, spend too much time thinking about the things I don't do well enough and the things I want to change about myself. So today I decided that I would focus on the things I do well and it occurred to me that there are many of them. Then I saw the photo above and I nodded in agreement. New goal: find at least a few minutes every day to remind myself that I am good enough...cuz I am!
